      The Japanese Animation Cel Mailing List (JACML) was created to help its members search, sell, and trade information about Japanese animation cels.  We ask that all members of JACML please abide by the following rules:


1.  Please do not send non-cel related information or conversation to JACML.  Try to stay on topic!

2.  Please do not send images to JACML.  Post URLs or offer to send images via personal email instead.

3.  Please do not send junk email, chain letters, or any other sort of spam to the mailing list.  Notices of cel auctions or cel sales are permitted as long as they are not done to excess.

4.  Posts consisting of nothing but foul words attacking other members of the list will not be tolerated.  Please do not flame others.
