This mailing list is for the buying/trading/selling/auctioning/information/materials/ of Japanese animation cels. Japanese animation cels and their materials including but not limited to, time sheets, cels, backgrounds, sketches, paints, etc. Any direct inquiries should be made to the maintainer of this list, Heather Skiera.

Rules for posting:

1) Posts shall contain information related to the topic of Japanese animation cels. Any business concerning American animation cels or the like must be taken elsewhere. In other words this is an exclusive ML for Japanese animation cels only. If there is any question as to whether or not your posting is appropriate for the list, please consult the list maintainers (see first paragraph).

2) Posts that do not contain related information will prompt a warning from the maintainer(s). After that, any similiar activity will result in your list membership termination. Requests to return to the list are handled on an individual basis.

3) Selling/Auctioning This list is also open to individual or commercial entities who wish sell or auction cels. ONLY cels that have been produced by a Japanese animation production house or by EXPLICIT licensees of such a firm (such as Cel Club's EVA cels, which are licensed from Gainax) may be sold or auctioned on this ML. Advertisements by one individual/company must be kept within reason. Do not post an ad multiple times in one day. Auction postings and updates are limited to 3 times a week with 3 on the ending day of the auction.

4) Pornography policy We all know the difference between cels of things like the naked bits of the Sailors' change sequences and cels that show graphic sex, so let's agree to keep the graphic sex off the list so that we don't have to ban all nude cels, OK?
